ESG Promotion and Execution Committee

To ensure effective implementation of our ESG strategy, Azalea Technology established the ESG Promotion and Execution Committee, approved at the 2023 shareholders’ meeting. The Board of Directors serves as the highest governance body overseeing ESG matters.

The committee is convened by the Chief Technology Officer, appointed by the Chairman, and coordinates three dedicated working groups focusing on Environmental Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance. This structure ensures cross-functional collaboration and systematic advancement of ESG initiatives.

ISO Certification

Azalea Technology places great importance on information security management to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information while complying with relevant regulations. In 2025, the company successfully obtained ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System certification.

Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Management

Upholding principles of integrity and ethical business conduct, all commercial activities follow sustainable procurement guidelines. We assess environmental and social impacts throughout our operations and strictly prohibit corruption or improper conduct. All suppliers are required to sign a sustainability declaration, ensuring compliance with labor rights, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety standards.

  • Greenhouse Gas Inventory:Since 2024, the company has conducted Scope 2 greenhouse gas accounting, primarily from purchased electricity. Total Scope 2 emissions are approximately 36.15 metric tons of CO₂e, contributing to the global 2050 net-zero emissions goal.

  • Water Resource Management:Annual tap water usage is approximately 240 cubic meters. We have established water efficiency management policies to identify high-consumption areas and implement water-saving measures.

  • Waste Management and Resource Reuse:We actively promote the 3R principles—Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse—to enhance resource efficiency and prioritize the procurement of products with environmental certifications.

  • Mid- to Long-Term Plans:
    • Implement ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory standards
    • *Gradually expand emission assessment scope
    • *Evaluate climate-related financial risks in line with TCFD recommendations
    • *Establish energy-saving and carbon reduction mechanisms

  • Human Rights and Equality:We have established Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Guidelines, comply with labor and human rights regulations, and provide grievance channels to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace.

  • Health Promotion:Health management and medical check-ups are provided for employees and their families. Employees under 35 receive subsidies of NT$8,000, while those aged 35 and above receive subsidies of up to NT$15,000, supporting both physical and mental well-being.
